Turkey has noticed the same thing.  They&#8217;re <a href=\"http:\/\/www.haaretz.com\/news\/diplomacy-defense\/turkey-we-expect-formal-apology-compensation-from-israel-over-gaza-flotilla-1.315337\">demanding an apology <\/a>from another of our allies for daring to react to a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/world\/2010\/06\/08\/reuters-fake-photos-ihh-gaza-blockade-commandos\/\">deliberate Turkish provocation<\/a>.  I&#8217;m surprised they bother with our allies.  Why not just demand an apology directly from the US government?  After all, we are without peers when it comes to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.heritage.org\/research\/reports\/2009\/06\/barack-obamas-top-10-apologies-how-the-president-has-humiliated-a-superpower\">groveling before our enemies<\/a>.  Vietnam would do well to take heed as China <a href=\"http:\/\/whirledview.typepad.com\/whirledview\/2010\/07\/the-us-china-and-the-south-china-sea-whats-changed.html\">bullies her<\/a> in the South China Sea.  If she leans on us for support, she will be leaning on a weak reed.
